FICA Tax Savings with Our Health and Wellness Benefits Plan
Lower payroll taxes. Better employee benefits. No out-of-pocket costs.

Our Wellness Plan is a workplace program that provides employees the opportunity to upgrade their benefits package with an Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliant wellness program—while reducing both the employer’s and employee’s tax burdens.
The plan combines a Section 125 Cafeteria Plan and a Self-Insured Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan (SIMREP) to ensure compliance with IRS regulations, specifically 105(h) and 213(d). Employees participating in the plan can receive reimbursements for eligible medical expenses on an after-tax basis.
It’s a simple way to unlock immediate savings and long-term value for both business owners and their teams.
